Sea Cottage 91 is situated in a security complex with electric fences and controlled entrances. The speed limit inside the complex is 15km/h, helping keep the area quieter and safer for guests.
The duplex unit is close to the sea and almost right in front, facing sunny North and well protected against the South Easter. From the patio area, guests have a beautiful view towards Seal Island.

Sea Cottage 91 sleeps a maximum of four guests. Strictly no dogs, not even small ones.

Guests enter the ground floor through large sliding doors into the braai room, which includes a table and chairs. From there, the unit opens into an open-plan lounge area, the bathroom, and the main bedroom.
The bathroom is arranged with a separate toilet, separate shower cubicle, and separate hand basin. The first-floor second bedroom has a double bed as well as bunk beds and an en-suite full bathroom with a shower.
Cook, braai, rinse off, and settle into beach mode.
The kitchen includes a four-plate stove with oven, toaster, snack bread maker, kettle, fridge with freezing area, microwave oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. There is also a braai on the patio with braai equipment included.
The cottage has a hot and cold outside shower, and safe parking for two cars is available under the veranda. Please note that a cleaning fee is applicable, and guests are responsible for their own electricity usage.

Right next to the house, there is a Jurgens caravan parked under the carport. This extra room is available for two additional guests and includes electricity as well as solar lights for use during load shedding.
The caravan has air-conditioning, a fridge-freezer, kettle, crockery, and a microwave. The kitchen and bathroom have tap water to use. The bathroom is only available for special needs, and guests should please read the rules in the bathroom.
