@ The C at Witsand is a 62 square metre self-catering flat on the first floor, positioned right in front of the sea and close to the breakers. The unit has its own separate and private entrance with a security gate, leading up the steps towards a sunny northern deck facing the street.
This is not a five-star hotel-style unit. It is a practical, fully furnished coastal flat with some older furniture and a lived-in holiday feel. Please view the photos carefully before booking so you know exactly what to expect.
Sleeps four
The flat sleeps four guests comfortably, with exception up to six depending on arrangement.
Sea-facing setting
The lounge area faces the sea and opens onto a large deck with views towards the breakers.

The unit includes a separate kitchen and lounge area, a gas stove, microwave, fridge with deep-freeze, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, safe for valuables, and an empty cupboard for groceries.
The main bedroom has a king-size bed, a hot blanket in winter, a fan, and an en-suite toilet with basin. There is also a separate small toilet with hand basin and a bathroom with shower only, plus a small bath for babies.
The second bedroom is sea-facing and opens onto the lounge area. It is furnished with a double bed with hot blanket and two steeple beds.
Braai, relax, and enjoy the view of the breakers.
The lounge area faces the sea and includes an indoor braai, MP3 player, radio, and a TV with 70 DStv channels free. A sliding door opens onto a large deck with a braai drum and a view of the breakers right in front.
Parking for a boat and vehicle is available. Please note that a cleaning fee is applicable.
